 The Delaware County Scholastic Inline Hockey League (DCSIHL) was formed in 2000 to promote high school inline hockey in the Suburban Philadelphia Area. It is a non-profit organization comprised of inline hockey enthusiasts dedicated to advancing the sport throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

The 2001-02 inaugural season fielded teams at the Varsity level and JV levels.
